3-member Team BattlesWhat is "3-member Team Battles"?
Each member in a team will use a deck of a Union Arena title that is different from their team members. Each player battles each member of the opposing team once. The results of all those matches determines the results and winning team.
Match Format
Swiss Draw Format (Max. of 4 rounds) ・1 Match/Round, 30min Matches
*If there is no winner determined before the time runs out, the match will count as a loss for both parties.
・Getting 2 or more wins gains the team 1 point.
Team Win: 1 Point
・3 wins, 0 losses
・2 wins, 1 loss
*Includes when the team has “2 wins, 1 draw.
Team Loss: 0 points
・1 win, 2 losses
*Includes when the team has “1 win, 2 draws”.
*When the team has “1 win, 2 draws”, the member who won their match is also counted as a both players loss.
・0 wins, 3 losses
*Includes when the team has “0 wins, 1 loss, 2 draws”, “0 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw”, “0 wins, 0 losses, 3 draws”.
Other Tournament Rules
・All team members start their matches at the same time.*When all team members have finished their matches, the battle between those 2 teams ends.
・The deck used for the tournament cannot be changed during the tournament. Team member are prohibited from exchanging decks with each other.
・Please join with a team of 3-members. You will not be able join this event solo or with a team of 2.
・During the match team members are not permitted to consult or advise each other.
*If found to be doing something like giving advice during the match, you may receive a warning, etc. from a judge.
