IMPORTANT NOTES
*You must either have a [Finals Pass] or a [General Entry Pass] to enter the event on Saturday and Sunday.
*You can only apply to no more than 1 Finals.
*Purchase of a side event ticket does not grant you access to the venue if you did not reserve a [Finals Pass] or a [General Entry Pass].
*By participating in the LCQ, a general admission ticket will be reserved for you to attend Bandai Card Fest throughout the weekend.
*Players who purchase an LCQ ticket but do not compete in the LCQ forfeit their General Admission ticket, you must pick up this badge during the LCQ it will not be available once the LCQs end.
*Finals players Only Retail are occurring on Friday. These areas will be restricted to these players only.
*Players who qualified in LCQ Retail are also occurring on Friday. These areas will be restricted to these players only.
*You cannot apply for General Entry if you have a Finals Pass. Your General Entry Pass will be automatically cancelled if you also have a Finals Pass.
*All tickets are nonrefundable except for players who earn an invite to Finals after they purchase their tickets..
*Due to the venue's capacity for everyone's safety, entry may be restricted at times so you may need to wait to enter.

*By Qualifying in Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ), players will receive an invite to participate in the Finals
*If not qualified, participating LCQ players can receive a general entry badge to attend Bandai Card Fest throughout the weekend but they must receive their general entry badge BEFORE leaving the LCQ hall, it will not be available after Friday LCQs are complete.
*Players with an invite are unable to participate.

- You must apply for [General Entry Pass] to enter the event if you do not have either a [LCQ] or [Finals] Pass. Please reserve either pass before purchasing a side event ticket.

Pre-Order can be done on PREMIUM BANDAI USA. If demand exceeds supply, a lottery will be held.Pre-Ordered Products can be picked up on site(locations differ from other retail). There will be no delivery.

Premium Bandai Pre-order Pickup -Important Information Update
Premium Bandai pre-order pickup does not require an event entry badge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Possession of a Premium Bandai pre-order does NOT give entry to the event or access to the show floor.
Premium Bandai pickup is located in a publicly accessible area after the show opens, separate from ticketed event space.
Pickup will take place in Room S219 (South Hall West Entrance). No access to this area will be available before 12:00pm, regardless of event status or badge possession.
General Entry (GE) badges are only available through prior TCG+ registration.
No onsite Badnai Card Fest badges will be sold or distributed.
*Premium Bandai is not responsible for event entry, badge availablity, or show floor access.
Premium Bandai Pickup Hours:
Friday: Finals Players Only Pickup, Room S206, 12:00pm-6:30pm
Saturday: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm-4:30pm
*Pickup availability is limited to the posted hours only. Customers are responsible for arriving during operating hours and complying with all venue security and access procedures.
*You must follow all sated procedures on the Premium Bandai website for your order pickup, have your ID and order confirmation ready.
Competitor Retail Access by Day
Friday (Finals Player Only Retail, 12:00 pm-6:30pm):
For Finals competitors only, your entrance will be located at the East Entrance of the South Hall. All competitors must be checked in and have their competitors badge on hand in order to make a purchase.
Finals Only Player Retail will be open from 12:00pm to line cut off at 6:30pm, no entry will be premitted before 12:00pm or after 6:30pm.
Saturday (8:00am-9:30am):
For LCQ players who qualify into Finals only and from 8:00am-9:30am. They will use the LCQ Retail Ticket they receive at the LCQ.
Please have your LCQ Retail Ticket ready to present and enter the venue from the East Entrance of the South Hall, Competitor Only Entrance with your badge. Retail entry will not be permitted without an LCQ Retail Ticket, your must obtain this BEFOREyou leave the LCQ floor on Friday or forfeit your slot.
No competitor time slots will be available on Saturday.
*LCQ Retail Tickets can not be transferred, sold or given away. Your TCG+ number will also be verified in comparison during check in at retail.
Sunday
Details will be announced at a later date for General Entry and Competitor badge holders.
Additional Information:
*Product availablity not guaranteed and may be subject to change without notice.
*Attendees who do not partiicpate in their designated retail oportunity will not receive a replacement or alternate time slot on another day, no exceptions will be made.
